Goal: Create a general brochure to showcase the lifestyle and amenities at Simpson Meadows.
Result: A beautifully die-cut general brochure with a saddle stitched booklet containing stair-stepped pages and a pocket folder with business card slits. I worked tirelessly with the print vendor and designer to ensure the stair-stepped pages would come out perfect. The client was thrilled with the die-cut butterfly!

Client: The Winsberg at Green Cay
Project: Direct Mail / Self Mailer
Goal: Coming in 2027, the Winsberg at Green Cay is a new Life Plan Community full of exciting amenities! A series of high-end lunch and learns were planned at a local spa, country club and event center to get the word out.
Result: This die-cut mailer with soft touch coating and spot UV was a huge success, resulting in full reservations for each event! Instead of being gummy glued, we used wafer seals to minimize tearing when the recipient opened the flap.

Client: The Langford at College Station
Project: Pocket folder, general brochure and inserts
Goal: Create print collateral to be handed out by sales staff to showcase The Langford at College Station. Adjacent to nature paths, with Texas A&M University and Pebble Creek Country Club nearby, the Langford has the exclusive advantage of being the only continuing care retirement community in College Station.
Execution: Four collateral pieces were created.
Die-cut pocket folder with raised spot UV and soft touch aqueous coat on the exterior, along with a spot color flood and business card slits on the interior.
A saddle stitched general brochure with soft touch aqueous coat used throughout describes the lifestyle at The Langford, with beautiful renderings showcasing the look and feel of the residence.
An 11 x 8.5 tri-fold that folds out to 11 x 25.5 showcases the campus, condo-style flats, garage and clubhouse.
11 x 8.5 inserts that list all of the services and amenities and provide unit plan choices sit with the general brochure and tri-fold inside of the pocket folder.
Result: This piece printed beautifully with help from our vendor, Trabon. The raised spot UV on the pocket folder really makes it shine, while the soft touch aqueous coat gives everything a silky feel. The colors and textures mimic the beauty of The Langford’s surroundings.

Client: Wyndemere
Project: Direct Mail / Self Mailer
Goal: To invite prospects on an interactive tour of Wyndemere, where they could sample food inspired by five regions around the world. They would learn about regional culture and cuisine, and discover the world of possibilities waiting for them at Wyndemere!
Result: This self mailer was created in the style of passport, with colorful images and illustrations highlighting the different regions of the tour. The bright visuals and fun theme were well received by a large group of attendees.

Client: Longwood at Oakmont
Project: RFP response booklet
Goal: Create a physical booklet for an RFP response
Result: A perfect bound booklet for the GlynnDevins marketing and sales team was created to present to Longwood at Oakmont. It focused on who GlynnDevins was, the team, experience, and case studies. The paper is white linen with an emerald green foil stamp on the front.

Project: General brochure
Goal: Create a general brochure to promote senior living at Moldaw Family Residences.
Result: A wire-o bound booklet with a die cut and emboss on the front cover, along with silver metallic ink throughout.

Client: EPOCH / Waterstone of Westchester
Project: Magazine ads
Goal: Create a series of magazines ads centered around an active lifestyle, amenities, and social activities.
Result: By using high end photography, the communities features and activities are presented in an eye appealing manner. The staircase and swimming pool are standout shots that really showcase the beauty of Waterstone of Westchester.

Client: The Winsberg at Green Cay
Project: Direct Mail
Goal: As the most distinctive senior living community in Palm Beach county, this new community is opening in 2026. The goal was to bring prospects in for lunch and present them with “anything but typical”.
Result: This direct mail piece resulted in the highest response rate for any client in SageAge history! The design incorporates a die cut palm leaf, soft touch coating, and spot UV throughout to mimic the Delray Beach, Florida location. The free valet parking ticket was gummy glued into the interior, and everyone loved it! All of the events for this presentation were at maximum capacity, and the client couldn’t have been happier!

Client: Whitney Center
Project: Direct Mail
Goal: Create a mailer for the Whitney Center brunch event to draw in resident prospects.
Result: Die-cut self mailer with an emphasis on spiritual and emotional well-being. Living well was the overall theme. The four panel die-cut was tricky because the piece had to fold up correctly to mail, but I worked closely with our vendor to get it just right.

Goal: Create an announcement piece for the grand opening of their campus wide revitalization.
Result: Foil stamped and spot color invite with a two color envelope printed on pearl paper.

Client: Santa Marta
Project: Direct Mail and Collateral
Goal: Create print collateral and promotional materials to assist the sales and marketing team at Santa Marta, a beautiful Catholic retirement community in Johnson County, KS.
Result: Self mailers, envelopes, inserts and #10 brochure all beautifully designed in a rustic theme that perfectly reflects the experience of living at Santa Marta.

Project: Wall wrap
Goal: When GlynnDevins, the industry leader in senior living marketing, moved into a new office space all of the meeting rooms were named and designed after influential seniors. I was asked by the creative director to design a wall wrap based on the famous artist, Pablo Picasso.
Result: Inspired by Picasso’s paintings, I took elements and ideas from them and created a wall wrap with a modern twist for our technology driven age.

Project: Save the date invite / Wedding invite
Goal: Create a unique save the date and wedding invite that captured the fun, whimsical nature of the couple.
Result: For the save the date invite, I created a “movie poster” and “movie ticket” that would act as their save the date announcement. The poster folded into quarters and was stuffed inside of a two color, A10 envelope with a movie themed “ticket” to gain entry into their wedding. The typography at the bottom of the poster calls out some of the couple’s favorite bands and things they enjoy. For the actual invite, I created a folded invite with a beautiful picture of the couple on the front. It folded in half and was stuffed inside of an A7 envelope. The couple loved it, and it was huge hit with their guests!

Client: Summit Marketing
Project: Wall wrap
Goal: Create a series of wall wraps for our internal collaboration / meeting room called the “think tank”. With the Salvation Army being our biggest client, the goal was to show the plight of the needy and hungry through realistic images and powerful typography. I used key words that related to the mission of the Salvation Army, such as “hope” and “faith”. I also incorporated a quote from the founder, William Booth.
Result: While these ultimately weren’t chosen and produced, they were well received by the leadership team and praised for showing the realistic despair, and hope, that surrounds those in need.

Client: Brightview Shelton
Project: Magazine ads
Goal: Create a series of magazine ads showcasing Brightview Shelton’s partnership with Toys For Tots. Anyone could drop off toys to support a good cause, while getting a chance to mix and mingle with Brightview Shelton’s staff and residents to learn more about the community.
Result: I created a warm and inviting holiday feel by using higher end stock photography that showcased traditional toys. I also incorporated familiar elements like hot chocolate and candy canes to round out the feel good vibes! The first set of ads has a red, green and gold color theme, while the second set has a more traditional holiday feel.
